Curved tempered glass, alternatively referred to as curved toughened glass, is produced through a meticulous process. Annealed glass is heated to its softening point, around 700 degrees Celsius, and then rapidly cooled to conform to a predetermined curvature. This technique significantly enhances the surface strength, doubling that of the initial flat glass, while simultaneously shaping the flat surface into a curved form.
